Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary by product. For Box Files and Ring Binders, the MOQ is typically 50 pieces. For smaller items like Spring Files, the MOQ is 100 pieces. Registered distributors can view exact MOQs directly in the portal.
Can I get custom branding or logos printed on folders?
Absolutely. We provide high-quality screen printing and foil stamping for bulk orders of Eco Folders, Exam Pads, and Jute Folders. The minimum order for custom printing is 100 pieces. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your logo to get a quote.
How long does a custom stamp order take?
Once you submit your design, we confirm the details with you via WhatsApp within 2 hours. After approval, production takes 1-2 days, and shipping takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
For retail and custom stamp orders, we accept UPI, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers. For registered wholesale distributors, we offer NEFT/RTGS payments along with a 15 to 30-day credit facility for eligible accounts.
